Totally busted me. I couldn't do it. I was in the gym, my puny arms were shaking, and I couldn't do 1 full set of 12, let alone complete the entire workout! I think that I will go down to the middle level plan... what was I thinking? Obviously 11 push ups was a fluke! :)

I'm sure that the men around me had a good laugh at my pathetic attempt. :)

I agree...Drop down to the middle plan and give it another go. I would have done the same thing. Did I mention that I did Week 3 four times? lol

you are motivating me to do the test soon. WAY to go on getting half of a set in... it looks like a killer plan!
