Do not gaze lovingly at your iPhone while walking down stairs. This may cause you to lose your balance and fall the last 3 steps in the staircase. At the bottom, you will most likely fall into the wall, which will then give way under your weight and make a big hole. Not only that, you will probably twist your ankle & tweak your back.

Not that this happened or anything.

Hey Bridegette! This Pig is going to be so much fun! I'm actually running another 1/2 in the middle of April so I'm mainly training for that. I'm hoping I can maintain the training for a few weeks afterwards to get me to May 4th.

Oh, and careful with that iphone!
