3 miles is all it takes to do me in! 3 miles of partially running, partially walking. Who knew?

My first 'run' after the stress fracture was less than stellar. It feels like I'm starting all over again. My legs are actually a bit sore today.... I felt a couple of twinges while running so I iced my shin afterwards. I guess I just have to take it a day at a time. :)

Wishing you a fast recovery from your injury. Hopefully day by day you will see big improvements as your body adjusts and gets back into the routine.
