LET THERE BE A DAY OF REST

OK, so God didn't say that EXACTLY.

So, I am feeling guilty about the rest day. What is that about? I actually pondered going to the pool to swim on my REST DAY! I had to keep telling myself that rest is good, rest is good.

A body in motion stays in motion, right Leah/Jason physicists extraordinaire?

i totally understand the difficulty of having an off day. But you have to allow your body some time to rest and repair itself so you will be stronger on your next outing.

Don't sweat about taking a rest day. I read somewhere recently that you can rest for up to 5 days before it starts having a significant affect on your fitness level.
